SeeBA Sells Lattice Tower Operations to Finnish Steel Company Ruukki
On 26 April 2010, SeeBA signed an agreement with the Finnish steel company Rautaruukki Oyj to sell its wind turbine tower, design, construction and maintenance operations. All SeeBA employees that have been working in these areas will transfer to Ruukki within this transaction.
